Members from the League of Women Voters Upper Mississippi River are gathering to learn about and celebrate the Mississippi River. We’ll meet at Stone Cliff Winery in Dubuque, Iowa, for lunch and then head to the Public Library in Galena, Illinois, for a presentation from guide Dale Glick on the History of the Mississippi River.
