Become a water conservationist during this simple rain barrel workshop!
Enjoy an educational presentation from the ISU Extension and Outreach Natural Resources Field Specialist Kaycie Waters-Brocka about the importance of rain barrels. Then, create your very own take home barrel.
With your barrel, you can reduce the amount of water you use, protect your drainage systems and waterways around you, and contribute to environmental improvement efforts. (And save money on your water bill!)
This fun workshop can be done independently, or you can bring your significant other, roommate, etc. to create a barrel together!
If you have them, please bring your own safety glasses. We will have extra.
Registration required by March 8. >> Register here <<
Cost is $45/barrel.
