Join Team Tallgrass and the Friends as we celebrate Iowa's native landscapes and work to get more acres seeded into prairie in central Iowa!

Come out to the Refuge in Prairie City, IA on Saturday, October 15th or complete your 5K Challenge at one of our partner locations. The Friends will be ready to greet you on-site so make sure to stop by our table in front of the Visitor Center (open 9 am to 4 pm) for some *limited edition* Team Tallgrass swag. The physical address is: 9981 Pacific St, Prairie City, IA.

Mile markers will be posted for those seeking the self-guided option. For those interested in a guided tour or walking in a group, please meet us in front of the Friends' table at 10 am. Please note, all of our paved trails are ADA accessible.
