In honor of World Water Day, the 2019 Iowa Water Festival (IWF) organizers are pleased to invite your organization to table at the first ever Iowa Water Festival to be held Sunday, June 23, 2019, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Izaak Walton League in Des Moines, Iowa.
This public FREE festival is a celebration of the roots of this land and the connection of our river and water corridors from land to sea hosted in a refreshing atmosphere with related art, music, educational activities, and locally sourced food for purchase. This festival showcases Indigenous and scientific perspectives from a wide array of talented individuals and organizations who share the same concern for clean water.
The Iowa Water Festival will feature:
- A diverse line-up of water quality speakers
- Fun interactive activities for kids and family
- Related art, music and dance performances
- Exhibitors from conservation, non-profit organizations and green businesses
- Local sourced food available for purchase
